Everyone carries a backpack. Sometimes something in your child's backpack feels heavy: stress, anger, insecurity, trouble with friends or at home. At Rugzakje Coaching, your child works on this at their own pace, with me and with Mijn Rugzakje, an app that grows with your child.

How it works

    Sign up

    Fill in the form or send me a message. The form is in Dutch; you may answer in English.

    Meet

    Within 24 hours on working days I get in touch. The first meeting is free and without obligation.

    Coaching

    We talk regularly. In between, your child uses the app: a short daily check-in, exercises and a chat with me.

  4. 4

    Wrapping up

    We finish together, with you, and your child keeps what they discovered.

Good to know

Is the app in English?

No, the app Mijn Rugzakje is in Dutch. Not sure whether coaching fits your family? Send me a message and we will look at it together.

What do I see as a parent?

Your child decides what you see. What your child writes in the app stays between your child and me, so they feel safe to be honest. You get updates from me in your own parent portal.

What if I worry about my child's safety?

If I am seriously worried about your child's safety, I first talk to your child and then to you. I follow the Dutch child protection code (Meldcode huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling).

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching helps children with things they run into, but it is not treatment and does not give diagnoses. If more help is needed, I will tell you honestly and help you find it.

What does it cost?

The first meeting is free. A programme costs €495 (6 sessions, 1 parent meeting, 3 months of the app) or €795 (10 sessions, 2 parent meetings, 5 months of the app). A single session is €89. Sessions last at least 60 minutes. All prices include VAT, and you can pay in instalments.
